Jeremy is a commercial litigator with experience managing a broad range of matters, including contract, product liability, business torts and intellectual property litigation.
Jeremy’s litigation expertise is partially informed by his prior experience as a corporate/transactional attorney as well as his experience as an executive at a Fortune 500 company. When managing business litigation for his clients, Jeremy’s prior transactional and executive experience allow him to identify and manage litigation issues, while working closely with his clients to help them manage the implications of litigation on their business and business objectives.
Jeremy’s legal experience includes commercial litigation with Nall & Miller, LLP in Atlanta, where his practice was focused on products liability litigation as well as corporate/mergers & acquisitions and antitrust work with Faegre & Benson, LLP in Minneapolis, MN. Jeremy also was Assistant Vice President of Outreach & Business Development with H&R Block, Inc. in Kansas City, MO.
